We are currently hiring for a Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative. This position will be an important part of our team, and we are looking for motivated individuals who wants to grow with us as a team and be part of such a dynamic industry.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate team member.
• Greeting customers in a professional manner.
• Educating customers about our products/services.
• Ability to manage some key accounts including providing the production status on certain projects.
• Navigate within our ERP system that runs our production process.
• Coordination of sample sending to potential and existing customers.
• Perform other work-related duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Customer Service
• 3+ years' experience in a business environment 
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of people.
• Organization skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Efficient in Microsoft Office Products.

Schedule: Monday to Friday        Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00pm
Pay: $20 - $23/hr. depending on experience
